How to Deliver Strategic Goals
Learn how to define, manage and measure the delivery of strategic goals using Microsoft tools such as Viva Goals (OKRs), Azure Dev Ops (Product Backlog), Project for the Web (Projects) and Planner (Team activities),
A strategy is difficult to define, let alone deliver.
In this session, we will explore how to define a strategy using OKRs so that there are clear objectives and measures, a hierarchy of responsibility assigned to teams and individuals and mechanisms for progress to me managed and fed back up to the objectives.
The tools used in this workshop include:
• Viva Goals to define objectives and measure progress
• Project Online to manage the delivery of projects
• Azure DevOps to manage the delivery of products
• Planner to manage team activities
In addition to these core tools, the fundamental collaboration capabilities of Teams, Loop and Copilot will also be used.
Attendees of this session will gain an understanding of a range of patterns that can be used to support the delivery and measurement of strategic objectives that are visible to all within Viva Goals.
