I spent most of my career working for Microsoft with their key premier customers supplying support and consultancy. These customers were across many sectors; however my specialty was within the financial services sector. I was also a Microsoft certified Workshop Plus trainer where I conducted deep level 300- 400 knowledge transfer sessions.

Most of my work now involves modernization and consolidation projects with a focus on ROI, TCO and the value that SQL Server can bring to not just an IT department but to the business as a whole

I was a key part of a team that planned and delivered a solution that was awarded with 2012 Worldwide Data Platform Partner of the Year – Finalist, & 2012 UK Partner of the Year – Finalist.

I architected and built a SQL Server 2012 (AlwaysOn) private cloud/ consolidation solution that was awarded with the ‘2013 Worldwide Data Platform Partner of the Year- Finalist’.

I still work very closely with Microsoft as one of their key Gold Data Platform Partners where we were chosen to launch SQL Server 2012.
