You will then learn how to create compelling reports, as well as how to manage and distribute the reports. - Introducing Reporting Services 2008 - This session will provide a quick tour of Reporting Services 2008, then drilling down into the installation of Reporting Services 2008 and the options available.
- Authoring Reports - This will explore how to create reports from scratch, exploring the tablix data region and the benefits that this new feature brings
- Enhancing Reports - In this session you will explore the use of parameters and filters to provide dynamic reports. You will also introduce actions to reports to provide interactive capabilities in your report.
- Bringing reports to the users - Although reports can be retrieved, you can also control the distribution of reports via email. You can also provide a reporting tool that empowers users to create thier own report through report builder
- Managing Reports - In this session we will explore how you can manage the reports that you have deployed. controlling the Execution properties to managing security.
- Execution properties to managing Administering Reporting Services - This session will focus on administering the report server.
