ROLLBACK or COMMIT-How to start and run a SQL Community

In 2006 a couple of SQL Server enthusiasts founded the Belgian SQL Server User.  Seven years and a few bumps in the road later this core team is still involved in the steering committee of the user group.    Over the years the team has grown, and so did the SQL Server community in Belgium.
Today the SQL Server User Group reaches more than 1600 SQL Server and MS BI enthusiasts in Belgium and surrounding countries.  Yearly more than 300 people attend the Belgian SQL Server Days.

In this session Frederik shares his story and experiences on how to run a SQL Server community.
