Performance Tuning for the Accidental DBA

It's 11am on a Thursday morning, your boss asks says 'You know about databases? Don't you?
You say 'Yes, why?'..
He says 'The normal DBA is on holiday and database is running slow, can you take a look at it?'
Now you start to panic....
Where do I start?.....

In this session I will take you from this point, show you the tools to help you through finding bottle necks and how you solve them.
