Craig has worked on small databases to mutli-terabyte data warehouses. Primarily focused on performance optimization and has an unhealthy obsession with the internals of the database and Integration Services engine. Craig has a sound knowledge of SQLXML from creating schemas to shredding the most complex xml blobs. Besides SQL Server Craig is also proficient in .NET/VBA & Java Development.
