Managing and Deploying SQL Scripts
Managing SQL scripts has always been a point of discussion in every other organization. The way SQL scripts are being managed/version-ed directly effects the product release. A SQL object goes through many modifications at the development and testing levels before its ready to be moved to production environment. Keeping track of all the changes made to a procedure or table and identifying the version which is to be moved to production is of very importance. In this session I will demonstrate a simple way to achieve the same without using any of the paid tools.
